Perfect weather

           

O dia de ontem, fez lembrar um dia de Verão. Foi a conjunção perfeita das condições que me fez voltar ao novo trilho do Faial da Terra, o tal que ajudei, na forma de gasolina, mais o Paulo Carreiro. Fiz a nova secção, que é muito inclinada, diga-se de passagem, e fiz mais uma run, pelo trilho original que sai no trilho de calçada do Sanguinho. Quando cá estivemos, no mês passado, o trilho ainda não estava totalmente pronto; agora; com muitas das linhas concluídas, torna-se mais divertido e sempre é mais um bom spot, a acrescentar aos já muito bons que a Freguesia do Faial da Terra tem. Está a tornar-se num local de concentração para o btt.

I don't recall a better day, this year, so far. Perfect Summer day. The conditions were superb and, so, I went back to Faial da Terra's new trail, the one me and Paul helped clean, by giving fuel, in order to make it easier chopping down some of the trees. I had the oportunity to try a new section, within a new trail ;) and it is steep. I had two runs and recorded the second one, the one I took, follows the original path that leads to Sanguinho's coble stone trail. The first time we were here, last month or so, the trail wasn't complete, but with some of the lines, now finished, it's actually a fun ride, adding to the already existing cool trails in Faial da Terra village. This place is becoming a mtb spot, for sure :)
